Individual Therapy
Individual therapy allows you to have a personalized, confidential, and safe space to dive into your story and gain deep self and emotional awareness. Through a holistic and psychodynamic approach, you’ll learn invaluable information about your child self, thought and behavior patterns, attachment style, stressors, and triggers.
As the weeks go on, you can expect to feel empowered in your choices, have improved communication skills, have healthier boundaries in your relationships, and gain the tools to build upon your capacity to manage your emotions.
Couples therapy
Couples therapy allows you and your partner to have a safe and non-judgmental space to gain a deeper understanding of each other’s story, thought patterns, attachment style, needs, and behaviors. You’ll have a container to work through conflict resolution that is bounded by empathy and compassion.
As the weeks go on, you can expect to learn strategies for enhanced communication, a higher level of empathy and understanding of each other’s perspective, clarity on each of your needs, and the ability to rebuild trust in each other.
